Current Desert Society News
There are a number of exciting things happening with the Desert Society. Here is just a partial list... please check back soon to find out more:
- The all new www.desert.org website. We have been reworking our website to provide much more opportunities for education and information. We are hoping to make the website an attraction in itself to raise the public awareness of our society's endeavours. Please let us know what you thing about the site and what features you would like to see in the future!
- Renovations to the Desert Centre. We have been awarded a grant through the Citizens Bank of Canada to renovate the Desert Centre buildings. We are excited about this project which we are hoping to complete before summer. Many thanks to the Citizens Bank of Canada for their support.
